bland food chaotic sunbed
I found several issues . The food quality was underwhelming. It lacked variety and often tasted bland. the sunbed situation was chaotic. I had to wake up early to reserve a spot, otherwise, there were none available. I found this quite frustrating and inconvenient. It detracted from the relaxation I expected on my vacation.

this hotel rocks
free shuttle friendly staff clean room fun water gym
we had a family suite it's super big! the food choices were amazing, seriously i found something great every meal. my kid loved the splash pool, so cool. the free shuttle to the beach, its the best! made everything so easy.

this place is close to shops and restaurants, its awesome. the beach its a quick ride, thanks to the free shuttle. its location provides perfect access to many cool excursions that i definitely enjoyed.

a charmed stay!
good view friendly staff great entertainment
I found good views of large excellent buildings near the hotel. staff were all great. They were happy to help and very friendly. i saw them work hard, and nothing was too much for them. the entertainment programme was good, offering access to bars and a beach bar too.
the air conditioning in the room was set a little too cold for me. i wish i could adjust it slightly more but that's just a little thing, really.

the superior room had all facilities and good size. i found it modern and clean. daily cleaning ensured fresh towels and linen were always available.

dinner hall stayed open with snacks, toasties, and choices for many hours. snack bar provided food option by the pool bar too. i saw a good variety of food and drinks.

the staff cannot do enough for you, always going the extra mile. reception assisted me with excursions. staff always looked helpful. the lobby bar served guests anytime.

the hotel provided a private beach area around 500 meters away. minibuses run regularly from the hotel to the beach. i noticed pools offered water slides. there is option to use the sister hotel too.
