I found several issues . The food quality was underwhelming. It lacked variety and often tasted bland. the sunbed situation was chaotic. I had to wake up early to reserve a spot, otherwise, there were none available. I found this quite frustrating and inconvenient. It detracted from the relaxation I expected on my vacation.

we had a family suite it's super big! the food choices were amazing, seriously i found something great every meal. my kid loved the splash pool, so cool. the free shuttle to the beach, its the best! made everything so easy.

this place is close to shops and restaurants, its awesome. the beach its a quick ride, thanks to the free shuttle. its location provides perfect access to many cool excursions that i definitely enjoyed.

a charmed stay!

good viewfriendly staffgreat entertainment
I found good views of large excellent buildings near the hotel. staff were all great. They were happy to help and very friendly. i saw them work hard, and nothing was too much for them. the entertainment programme was good, offering access to bars and a beach bar too.
the air conditioning in the room was set a little too cold for me. i wish i could adjust it slightly more but that's just a little thing, really.

the staff cannot do enough for you, always going the extra mile. reception assisted me with excursions. staff always looked helpful. the lobby bar served guests anytime.
